Overview
This call aims to promote sustainable job creation and the development of locally based micro-entrepreneurship,aligned with the Integrated Territorial Development Strategies (ITDS) of the relevant NUTS III regions. It is aligned with the strategic objectives of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), contributing to social inclusion and economic growth.
Nature and Aid Intensity
– North: 75% of eligible expenditure in low-density territories 65% of eligible expenditure in other territories
– Lisbon: 90% of eligible expenditure;
– Algarve: 60% of eligible expenditure.

Eligible Expenditure
Support is granted through:
– Personnel costs: Base salary, holiday and Christmas allowances, and mandatory social security contributions, up to a maximum of 90% of the base salary, capped at three times the Social Support Index (IAS) per month of support.
– Additional flat rate: A 40% flat rate applied to personnel costs to cover other categories of expenditure.
Note: The maximum duration of the operation is 24 months.
Eligible Actions
Support may be granted for:
- The creation of new permanent, full-time jobs associated with the expansion of existing companies;
- The creation of new permanent, full-time jobs within social economy entities.
